Born and raised in Manhattan, Roy worked in his family business while earning his bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from NYU. After the sale of his family business, he brought his entrepreneurial skills to John Hancock Insurance Company where he built a leading sales office and quickly accelerated to top management receiving numerous awards along the way. Roy earned his Certified Financial Planner designation and moved on to work with several large banks including Chase Bank to build out their insurance distribution system. Embracing the opportunity to join Newbrook Insurance Agency in 1994, he expanded his knowledge in all forms of insurance including life, health, investments and property & casualty lines of business.

When not working, Roy enjoys spending time with his family, nature and the environment.
